HP sucks!
Tuesday, July 21, 2009 9:57 PM

I've just returned with my HP laptop & guess what?! There're still problems!
Oh my god.
I've no choice but to blog this out. I never want to disgrace HP but now I only can say can you guys be more professional!?

Notice I use numbers as my point form, not bullet point cause there're simply too many problems!
  1. This is my 3rd time sending in my laptop & I think the 4th time is coming.
  2. When I got back my laptop for the 2nd time, old problem solved but new problem occured; flickering screen. Don't your engineers check before delivering?!
  3. I sent it back again. I only received a call from the engineers telling that problem lies with my LCD. Why aren't there updates?! I was the one who called back to check my laptop status. Is it what it is supposed to be?! Moreover, I did inform your service centre that I want updates. For example for my screen protector, I swear I mentioned about informing me if I couldn't have my screen protector back on the new LCD, but nobody informed me until I asked myself!
  4. Worst still, I was not informed that I could collect my laptop until I called & asked myself again!
  5. Everytime I wanted the engineer to call me back, there'd be no phone calls from there.
  6. Everytime I called & they asked me for reference number, how in the world will I have one if nobody messages or calls to tell me!?
  7. Next, I only knew that I could collect my laptop last minute, do you think I'll have that collection form with me!? & how good, your system was experiencing problem at that time.
  8. Fine, time for collection. Guess what?! Internet Explorer & Firefox couldn't be opened when they were fine when I first sent in for repair.
  9. Even IE has problem now, everything is in a mess! Gosh!
  10. Then, now my spacebar is loose... Time for a continuous repair; the 4th time.
  11. Oh, Im not done yet. Here comes my screen protector. Nobody informs me that I couldn't have my screen protector back on my new LCD, & when I insisted the engineers to try put it on, I see bubbles everywhere on my screen. Hello~ As a technician, you're telling me that you can't put a screen protector properly? At least not so many bubbles, right? Surprisingly, my friend can slowly clear the bubbles away for me & a China lady from Sim Lim can put my screen protector properly on my screen, I can't see why a technician can't do it. Did you try? Let me prove it;

Is this all you can do?

Oh, or maybe there is one thing I can commend about; the people who answered my phone calls, they served with patience. Thats all.

I don't ask for more, just repair my laptop, check properly & be more professional.

I don't have time to entertain all these, I've still have assignments to complete!

Anyway, thanks Calvin, Ming Shu & Weiling for accompanying despite of having sore throat, being tired & sprained neck . Hahahahas :D
